Payment Schedule:
- Non-refundable deposit at the time of registration: $1,000.00
- **Optional Travel Insurance must be purchased upon trip confirmation
- Second Payment due October 14, 2025: $2,500.00
- Remaining Balance due December 11, 2025
Once we have reached critical mass, an email with the payment link will be sent to each participant, allowing you to add and purchase insurance for your child's booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are carrying a Canadian Passport, it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of entry into the United Arab Emirates.
For Non-Canadian Passport Holders, you may require a visa to one or more countries on your itinerary, and your passport may need to be valid for a longer period. Please contact the appropriate Consulate or Embassy immediately, as it is your responsibility to acquire all necessary travel documents prior to departure (i.e. Tourist Visa, eTA, PR Card, TRV etc.).
